Produced by The Santa Barbara Independent and The Cheese Shop, this exclusive gathering brings together top winemakers, renowned chefs, and celebrated cheese experts to guide you through an unforgettable journey of flavor. Whether you're a wine connoisseur or a cheese enthusiast, you’ll savor the ultimate pairings as you sip and nibble with the experts on May 7th and May 14th, 2025 as we kick off and close out our Wine Week.

On May 7, step back in time to experience classic wine and cheese pairings that have stood the test of time, while on May 14, explore the cutting-edge vanguard pairings that are redefining the scene. With the stunning Santa Barbara coastline as your backdrop, you'll learn directly from the masters themselves as they share tips, stories, and insights into crafting the perfect pairings. All the while, Matt Kettmann, our renowned wine and food journalist, will expertly moderate both nights, guiding you through the experience with charm and wit.
